Your Right to Data Deletion
At MetroDevSolutions, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of all data we have collected about you at any time. This includes any data obtained through Meta (Facebook or Instagram) platform integrations.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your data, you can use any of the following methods:
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to connect@metrodevsolutions.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your records.
Option 2: Contact Form
Use our contact form and select "Data Deletion Request" as the subject. Provide the email address or account information linked to the data you want deleted.
Removing Facebook / Instagram Access
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to our application, you can also revoke access directly from Meta:
- Go to your Facebook App Settings.
- Find "MetroDevSolutions" in your list of connected apps.
- Click "Remove" to revoke access and delete stored data.
For Instagram, navigate to Settings → Security → Apps and Websites and remove our application from the list.
What Happens After Deletion
Once we receive your deletion request:
- We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
- All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems.
- Data already shared with third-party services prior to deletion may be subject to their respective retention policies.
- We may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention), in which case we will inform you.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted. If you have any questions about the process, please don't hesitate to contact us.
